Sarah Ann Andes, of Mesa, AZ, passed away on July 29, 2003 at the age of 
92. Sarah was born September 28, 1910 in Cactus Flats, AZ, of LDS 
pioneer parents. She moved to Phoenix when she was 16 years old. At 24 
she married Fred B. Andes. Fred passed away in 1955. She was a homemaker 
and a working single parent. She was a licensed practical nurse for the 
Arizona State Hospital for 17 years. After resigning from the hospital 
she successfully ran her own business until she retired. 
She is survived by a sister, Faye; sons Fred, John and Robert; 16 
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. 

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 1, 2003 at 10am at East 
Resthaven Park Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ. 

Bunker's University Chapel handled the arrangements.
