ELAYER, Vernon

Vernon Elayer, 82, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on July 26, 2003. He was 
born on February 6, 1921, in Patterson, MO. Mr Elayer was a veteran of 
WWII. He also was a past Worshipful Master of Acacia Lodge #47 of 
Avondale, AZ and a member of the Scottish Rite. 
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Pauline Elayer, daughters, Verna 
Fisher (John) of Wynne, AR, Jana Judd (Larry) of Glendale, AZ, 
grandchildren Tim Sisk (Sandy) of Wynne, AR, and Aimee Pruitt (Eric) of 
Montgomery, AL. 

Viewing will be held from 6 - 8 pm on Th ursday, July 31st at the 
Regency Mortuary at 9850 W. Thunderbird Rd., Sun City, AZ. 

Funeral services will be Friday, August 1st at 9:00 am at Regency 
Mortuary. 

Interment to follow at National Memorial Cemetery of AZ. 

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to Hospice 
of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
