2003. Mr. Evertsen was a U.S. Navy Veteran. 

Visitation will be held 9:00 AM, Friday, August 1, 2003 at the Church of 
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Madison Ward, 1835 E. Missouri Ave., 
Phoenix, AZ with services to follow at 10:00 AM. 

Arrangements entrusted to Paradise Chapel Funeral Home.
