Owens Livingston Mortuary Show Low, Arizona Douglas Raymond Duncombe June 8, 1925 ~ March 12, 2012 Douglas Raymond Duncombe died peacefully at home in Pinetop, Navajo County, Arizona on Monday evening, March 12, 2012 from causes incident to his age. He was 86 years old. Douglas was born on June 8, 1925 in Raymond, Alberta, Canada to the late Lowell B. and Nellie (Rumble) Duncombe. Throughout his long life, Douglas was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a tremendous influence to its youth. He had a fervent testimony of The Savior, Jesus Christ, and had the privilege to work as a seminary teacher in The Church's education system for many, many years. A funeral service for Douglas will begin 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Buck Springs Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pinetop, Arizona where the visitation will begin 1 hour prior. An additional funeral will begin 11:00 A.M., Monday, March 26, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah under the direction of Owens Livingston Mortuary. The concluding service and interment will follow at the West Jordan City Cemetery in West Jordan, Utah.
