Born in Montevideo, Minn., on Dec. 10, 1957, she moved to Arizona to pursue her love of horses and the wonderment of the desert. A woman of strong conviction and sassy, no-nonsense demeanor, she had a smile that was simply contagious.

Louetta was preceded in death by father Basil and mother Anne.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2012, at the Mayer Recreation Center in Mayer, Ariz.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Lou Osborne Scholarship Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank.
