Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Tuesday, March 20, 2012 - Elizabeth Rose Tinsley passed away at her home Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at the age of 20. Elizabeth was born December 20, 1991 in Kingman, Ariz. to Kevin and Kirsten (Owens) Tinsley. Elizabeth and her family made Lake Havasu City their permanent home 13 years ago. Elizabeth was born with special needs and her parents and family cherished the 20 years they had with her, far more that the doctors initially said. They take great comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering, free from all disabilities. Elizabeth is survived by her parents, Kevin and Kirsten Tinsley; brothers, Eli and Kevin Tinsley; and grandmother, Beverly Tinsley, all of Lake Havasu City.
