Laura Billings, age 62, a 38-year resident of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away at home on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Laura was born in Phoenix, Ariz. She was frequently called "da judge".
Laura devoted her life to serve the Bullhead City community. She worked in the judicial court system from 1974 - 2005, starting as a clerk and making her way to the Justice of the Peace for Mohave County. She was also the Bullhead City Magistrate for several years during this time.
She was a proud member of the Red Hatters, loved going to Lake Mohave, the casinos, and spending time with her many friends around the area. She loved to sing and she even won a contest while on a cruise ship.
Laura was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend to everyone that knew her. She loved to laugh. When she laughed real hard she started to honk.

In lieu of flowers, if you would like to make a donation to the American Diabetes Association on Laura's behalf, she would be touched.
