West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, March 13, 2012 Charlotte Ann Roglin, 71, of Buckeye died March 9, 2012, in Litchfield Park. Mrs. Roglin was born June 26, 1940, in Winchester, Ind., to Lester and Lois Perkins Sipe. She moved to Arizona in 1959, and worked as a secretary for the Buckeye Union High School District, from which she retired. She was also a member of the First Southern Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald. She is survived by one daughter, Cyndee; two sisters, Jane Dutcher and Marie Resor; and one grandchild. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at First Southern Baptist Church, 405 N. Third St. in Buckeye. A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. The Revs. Artie Wilcox and Dennis Daniels will officiate.
