RUOCCO, Mario Armando

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Mario Armando Ruocco, 83, of Avondale died March 12, 2012, at Hospice of the Valley in Avondale. Mr. Ruocco was born Aug. 14, 1928, in London, England, to Vincenzo Ruocco and Livia D'Amato. He moved to Arizona in 1980 and was an entrepreneur. He worked as a supervisor for the Department of Economic Security, and was the gift shop director of Pueblo Grande Museum in Phoenix. He had lived in Belize, was a veteran of the British Army and was also a member of the Rotary Club. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Karlin of Avondale; two daughters, Stephanie Jenkins and Alessandra Megan; and one sister, Alba. A celebration of life will take place in early June.
