West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Joyce J. Owens, 77, of Goodyear died March 9, 2012, at Hospice of the Valley in Surprise. Mrs. Owens was born July 5, 1934, in Minneapolis. She moved to Arizona in the 1940s. She worked as a vice president and customer service manager, and retired from Chase Bank. She is survived by one daughter, Grayce Welch; two sons, Michael and Tommy Godwin; one brother, Ronald Craigo; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services were held March 12.
