MEDRANO, Celestino Ramirez

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Celestino Ramirez Medrano, 78, of Tolleson died March 12, 2012, in Phoenix. Mr. Medrano was born April 6, 1933, in Fabens, Texas. His family moved to Tolleson in 1942. He was the fifth out of 12 children. He is survived by one sister, Alice M. Valdez, and two brothers, Gregorio and Rosalio. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. today at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 512 N. 93rd Ave. in Tolleson, with a viewing and rosary recital by retired deacon Antonio Chavez. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. The Rev. Pedro Velez will officiate. Funeral arrangements were made by Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home in Tolleson.
