West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Josefina Benitez Juarez, 89, of Avondale died March 8, 2012, at her home. Mrs. Juarez was born on May 16, 1922, in Guatemala City, Guatemala, to Rodolfo Morales and Hercilia. She was a homemaker and moved to Arizona in 1995. At the age of 87, she became an American citizen. She is survived by six daughters, Stella Juarez Franco, Petra Robles, Hope Clark, Francis De La Cruz, Sara DeMasters and Naomi Del Pinal; one son, Luis; 22 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. A rosary recital will be at 9 a.m. today at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear.
