West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Leila Bierer, 67, of Goodyear died March 7, 2012, at Hospice of Arizona in Peoria. Mrs. Bierer was born Oct. 15, 1944, in Long Beach, Calif., to Frank and Lois Glenn. She volunteered at West Valley Hospital, and was a member of the Community of Christ and PebbleCreek Players Club. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; two daughters, Lois Merkley and Lydia; one brother, Norman Glenn; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday.
