West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Thursday, March 23, 2012 Amare David Sampson Burks, 4, of west Phoenix died March 12, 2012. Amare was born Nov. 28, 2007, at West Valley Hospital in Goodyear. He is survived by his parents, Michelle M. and Byron A.; one brother, Lee Anthony; one sister, Nalanni Kaye; and two grandparents, Minus Cole and Da' Bora K. Cole. A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Grace Walk Community Church, 7840 W. Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix. The Rev. Wesley Smith will officiate. Memorials can be sent to Michelle Sampson at 8324 W. Hammond Lane, Tolleson, AZ 85338.
