MENDOZA, Socorro T.

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Thursday, March 23, 2012 Socorro T. Mendoza, 78, of Buckeye died March 19, 2012, at Hospice of the Valley in Goodyear. Mrs. Mendoza was born Feb. 22, 1934, in El Paso, Texas. She moved to Arizona in 1950, and was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Ruben T. and George T.; four sisters; five brothers; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. March 26 with a rosary recital and Mass celebration to follow at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 128 S. Third St. in Buckeye. The Rev. Billy Kosco will officiate. Arrangements were made by Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home.
