Willis J. Barber, 80, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born June 24, 1923, in Toledo, Ohio, died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at the Prescott VA Medico Center.     
           
Cremation was private.

Burial will be private at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix.
