Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Sunday, March 25, 2012 Linda Morrison was called to the Kingdom of our Lord on Sunday, March 18, 2012. She passed at the Olivia White Hospice Home. Linda was born on February 27, 1958 in Lamont, Illinois. She was the daughter of Gerhard (Bud) and Charlotte Beukema. Linda moved to Arizona in 1975 and attended Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix. She was a member of the Angel Drill Team, which was one of the finest show and competition drill teams in the southwest. Linda’s first love was her family and friends. She was married to Arlo Morrison on April 1, 1977 and they had a son, Craig (Sherman Oaks, CA) and a daughter Kelly Maksinovic. Kelly lives in Anthem, Arizona and is married to Dejan. Linda has a grandson Landon and a granddaughter Rowyn. Linda is also survived by her mother Charlotte Beukema and sister Sandra Beukema, both from Phoenix. Next to her family, Linda’s passion was her pets. She was an avid equestrian, loving to trail ride, participate in competitions and just training her horses. She also loved her many dogs. Linda loved life and her many cherished friends. Linda will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was a true ray of sunlight and will always be in our hearts.
