Chelo Storms passed away March 16, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 76. She was born to Manuel Toll Messia and Carmen Valiente in Madrid, Spain April 3, 1935.
 
Chelo was a lifetime scholar, obtaining her master’s. She was working on her Ph.D. until her death.

Chelo is survived by her loving family; sons, Rick, Carlos, Michael, Victor and Byron Storms; daughter, Tamara Storms; brother, Fernando Toll Messia; and sister, Blanca Lynch. She was a loving and devoted grandmother to all 10 of her grandchildren and 11 of her great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 48 years, Merril Storms. She will be forever in our hearts.
