The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 27, 2012 Betty Mullins, 83, a resident of Dewey, Ariz., passed away at home on March 21, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Blaine Mullins, just 13 days earlier. After 44 years of marriage, they are reunited in Heaven. Betty was born in Bellefonte, Pa., the last of five children by the late Paul and Helen (Swartz) Ross of Centre County, Pa. She graduated from Centre Hall Potter High School and moved to Arizona in the early '60s. She worked for Arizona Public Service as a budget analyst for a number of years and, after moving to Dewey in 1993, enjoyed her volunteer duties at Yavapai Regional Medical Center East Campus. Besides her husband, Betty was preceded in death by sisters Jean M. Schaich of Knoxville, Tenn., and Emeleen J. Zuber of Spring Mills, Pa. She is survived by her sister, Lois Boozer Krape of Pleasant Gap, Pa., and brother Robert S. Ross of Hummelstown, Pa., their children and many nieces and nephews of Jean and Emeleen.
