MOORE, Richard Wallace

Richard Wallace Moore, 44, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on May 28, 2007. 

He was born on September 14, 1962 to Ronald and Kathleen Moore. 

Richard is survived by his brothers Thomas (Cathy) and Keith (Sandy) Moore, nieces and nephews Ryan, Katie, Allison, Kevin, Alex and Kaitlin. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Terri Moore. 

A Memorial Service was held at Hansen Chapel, 8314 North 7th Street. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 1028 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
