TOMSON, Robert L. (obituary is spelled “TOMSON”. Funeral notice is spelled “Thompson and Thomson”.) Robert L. Tomson, 36, a salesman for Air Kem Sales and Service during his four years in Phoenix, died yesterday (Nov. 30, 1964) in Phoenix General Hospital. Mr. Tomson, 6813 N. 34th Ave., was born in Memphis and moved here from New Orleans. Services were conducted in A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. The Rev. Robert W. Peale of Trinity Methodist Church officiated. Cremation followed. Surviving are his wife, Margie B.; a stepson, George Michael Slayton of Phoenix; his mother, Mrs. Elsie Sapia of Marrero, Louisiana; two sister, Mrs. Lou Nichol and Mrs. Frances Larson, both of New Orleans; and three brothers, Ben F., Memphis, Tennessee, Frank, St. Louis, Missouri, and James Tomson (also Thomson), New Orleans, LA, all out of state. Cremation at Greenwood. A contribution to the Maricopa Tuberculosis Association is preferred. Tuesday, December 1, 1964.
