DEHART, Douglas D., Jr.

Services for Douglas D. DeHart, Jr., the 22-month old child of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas D. DeHart, Sr., will be conducted tomorrow in Brazill-Whitney Glendale Mortuary, 5754 W. Glenn in Glendale.  The Rev. Robert H. Simpson will officiate.  

Interment will be in Green Acres Memorial Gardens at Scottsdale.  

The child died Friday in Good Samaritan Hospital.  He was born in Phoenix.  His home was at 1130 ½ E. McKinley.  

Other survivors include two sisters, Dianna D. and Pamela; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyman McLaine of Phoenix and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schrubb of Tucson and his great-grandparents, Raymond Hutchens of Tucson and Mr. and Mrs. David Lewallen of Phoenix.
