GREGOR, Steven John

Steven John Gregor, 45, formerly of Flagstaff, died Friday, June 8, 2007, from cancer. Mr. Gregor was born Sept. 28, 1961, in Douglas. He grew up in Anaheim, Calif., and moved to Tucson in 1975. He graduated from Amphi High School in 1979. He attended college at the University of Arizona, then transferred to Northern Arizona University, where he graduated with a degree in civil engineering. He later received his master's of business administration degree. One of his proudest achievements was establishing his civil engineering firm, Gregor Engineering, Inc., in 2002. He had a love of the outdoors and participated in sports throughout his life. He took great pleasure in attending and coaching his children's organized sporting events. He impacted his friends and family deeply and will be missed. Mr. Gregor is survived by his wife of 25 years, Lori; children Matthew (Becky), Lacy and Lucas; mother Carol; father Judd; siblings Mary (Andy) Vanderford and Karl (Kathy) Gregor; and many nieces and nephews. Mass was at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Church in Tucson. Arrangements are by Adair Funeral Homes-Avalon Chapel in Tucson. Arizona Daily Sun 6/15/2007.
