The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, March 21, 2004 Jennifer Anne(Jen) Murdock, age 15, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at the Flagstaff Medical Center, Flagstaff, Ariz. Jen was born Oct. 25, 1988, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Charles and Shelby Murdock. Jen loved her cooking class and had hopes of one day becoming a chef. She loved animals, being outdoors, and being with her friends. Jen was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her parents, Charles and Shelby Murdock; brother, Nathan Whitfield; grandparents, Robert and Mildred Whitfield and Patricia Murdock. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 22, at the Word of Life Church in Chino Valley, Ariz. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at the Word of Life Church. Burial will follow the service at the Chino Valley Cemetery. Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family. Information provided by survivors.
