LAJEWSKI, Kurt

Kurt Lajewski, 60, passed away June 12, 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Kurt is preceded in death by his father Richard and fiancé Tish. He is survived by mother, Lisbeth; sisters, Diane Triebsch (Jim), Christine Krause, Caryn Habetler; children Nate and Kirsten and many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation was held June 18, 2007 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ with a Funeral Mass following at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Interment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
