GARTELL, Ruth Ann

Ruth Ann Hughes Gartell, social worker at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, age 59, was killed in an automobile accident on State Route 87 on Saturday afternoon, June 9, 2007. She is survived by her husband, Barry and her daughter, Rachel, both of Chandler; by her daughter, Susan of Milwaukee, WI; her mother, Jane Marlene Hughes, of Mt. Vernon, IL; brothers Robert and William Hughes, both of St. Louis, MO; and sisters Martha Hughes Wade of Bloomington, MN and Mary Hughes Raney of Mt. Vernon, IL. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation services Friday, June 15th and the Funeral Mass both at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, 3450 W. Ray Road, Chandler. Private interment will occur on Saturday, June 16th at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road, Chandler, AZ 85248.
