LITTLER, Norman Herbert

Norman Herbert Littler, 90-years old, died Thursday August 7, 2008 in the loving care of his family; and Hospice of the Valley, to whom we would ask you donate in his name in lieu of flowers. He is preceded in death by his wife of 63-years, Nelle, and survived by his seven children: Patricia Liaros, Norman Littler Jr., Thomas Littler, and Pamela Watkins, all of Phoenix; Penni Kapelke of Heber, AZ; Peter Littler of Florence, Kentucky; and Jean Heraty of Hinsdale, IL; and so many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren that we have our own zip code. While others might on this page catalog their many accomplishments, to those that really matter the list is already well known and repeating it serves no useful purpose. Our Father was an uncomplicated man with a modest sense of humor, who provided for his family, was respected for his work, and was above all, loved by all those that knew him in spite of himself. A Celebration of his life was held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 6300 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona, Saturday, August 16, 2008.
