Snookie was raised in Glendale where he attended Glendale High School where he excelled at track and field and spent a few years as football team captain. After he attended Glendale College, he enlisted into the U.S. Coast Guard, which gave him the opportunity to serve the country that he loved during World War II. Upon his return he joined his families business, Glendale Hardware.
Don lovingly raised his two sons, Dana and Danny. The three of them spent many happy hours racing quarter midgets where Don was the president of The Glendale Quarter Midgets Association.

He is survived by his two sons, Dana and Danny Webb; and his daughters-in-law, Sue King and Doris Webb; his nephews, Ronald Webb, of Lake Havasu, and Larry Webb, of North Carolina. He also leaves behind grandson, Douglas Webb; and a great-grandson, Andrew Webb, of Upland, Calif.

We thought of you with love today,
But that is nothing new.
