HENKLE, Ralph

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, April 14, 2012 Ralph Henkle, 93, of Cottonwood died April 10, 2012. He was born May 2, 1918 in West Phalia, Kansas, the son of Clarence Henkle and Bessie Pearl (Pickering) Henkle. Mr. Henkle worked in pipeline construction. He enjoyed gardening, leather working and loved to polka. He was preceded in death by his wife Ferria, five brothers and three sisters. He leaves two daughters, JoAnn Goeglein of Littleton, Colorado and LaDonna Cronk (Ronald) of Clarkdale; a brother Carl Henkle of Great Bend, Kansas; sisters June Cook of Ottawa, Kansas and Fern Klameth of Salina, Kansas; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
