The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, April 14, 2012 Eileen K. Zaput, 84, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 20, 1927, in New York, N.Y., passed away April 12, 2012. A gathering will be 5 p.m. April 20, 2012, with a Rosary at 6 p.m. at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton streets. Funeral Mass will be 9:30 a.m. April 21 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury in Prescott. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Eileen died April 12, 2012 at her home in Prescott, AZ She was born July 20, 1927 in New York, New York. Eileen was the daughter of Irish immigrants; Edward and Anne (Hennessey) Kirwin. She was 84 years old. Eileen first came to Arizona in 1947 to be Charlie Orme’s personel secretary at the Orme Ranch School Mayer, Arizona. Later after she earned her nursing degree from Phoenix College and following 25 years of service at St. Joseph Hosital she returned to be camp nurse at Orme Summer Camp School. She was a volunteer at Y.R.M.C. and a member of the Retired Senior Cadet Nurses Auxillary. Eileen enjoyed her time here in Prescott. Eileen is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Pete, daughter Patricia Zaput and son, Kevin (Sheila) both of Prescott. Granddaughters, Maghan McClellan and Kaitlin Gries, also survive, Eileen.
