The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 2, 2004 Amy Elaine (Stock) West, died Tuesday, December 22 in Chandle, Ariz. She was the wife of Dewey, Ariz. rancher, Irving West, who preceded her in death in 1976. She lived in Nevada and California until moving to Arizona in 1918. She attended high school in Prescott and Humboldt before marrying Irving in 1928 and moving to the ranch. She is survived by 3 daughters Irene, Mary Lou and Elaine and 2 sons, Everett (Rip) and Alvin and one sister Ruth. A Celebration of Amy's Life will be 10:00 a.m. at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez in Prescott, Ariz. with a visitation one hour prior. Burial at Mountain View Cemetery will immediately follow. The family suggest memorials to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, Arizona 85014.
