Penny Lynn Lucia, 56, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in Phoenix, AZ.
Penny was born in South Bend, IN to William J. & Zora M. Spencer.
She was the Park Manager for McGavin Ranch and was loved by everyone who met her. Penny has been a resident of Mesa for 4 years. She belonged to the Order of Eastern Star and B.O.E.P.
She is survived by her loving husband, Albert.; sister, Suzan (Bob) Garcia; brother, Jeffrey (Kara) Spencer; sons, Kris A. & Russell W. Lucia; 2 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronnie D. Spencer.
Memorial service was held Friday, June 15, 2007, at Bunker's Desert View Chapel, 9702 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to Banner Health Foundation C/O City of Hope, 2025 N. Third St., Ste. 250, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
