PECK, JR., Albert O'Bannon


The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, April 17, 2012 Albert O'Bannon Peck Jr., 67, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away April 15, 2012, at Prescott Valley Samaritan Center. He was born Feb. 5, 1945, in Riverside, Calif., to Albert O'Bannon Peck Sr. and Myra Linn Peck. Albert graduated from Norte Vista High School in Riverside, Calif. He then attended New Mexico State University. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1971 and was stationed in Adak, Alaska; Homestead, Fla.; and aboard the USS Georgetown. Albert worked as a TV engineer for Disney/ABC TV and received an Emmy award for technical excellence for his work on the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, Calif. He was preceded in death by his father, aunt and two uncles. Albert is survived by his wife, Karla (Eichstadt); son JJ (Pam) Peck; mother Myra Linn; brother David (Kristin) Peck; grandchildren McKenzie, Myranda and Jason Peck; aunt Mary Wallace; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
