Elton James Eske died Monday, April 16, 2012, at his home in Prescott, Ariz. He was born April 25, 1932, in Cresbard, S.D., the son of Ezra and Mabel (Bradley) Eske. Elton was 79 years old.
He is survived by his loving and caring wife, Lois; daughter Terri (Ricky) Clarke; grandchildren Jennifer, Joseph, Andrew and William; and great-grandson Brett. Elton is preceded in death by his parents; son Brett; six brothers; and three sisters.
Elton was a member of Prescott Life Church and enjoyed reading any book to gain knowledge. He loved studying the Bible and, most of all, he loved his family.
The visitation is from 9:30 to 10 a.m., followed by a celebration of Elton's life starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Prescott Life Church, 2200 N SR89 in Prescott.
Graveside service is also on Friday at 2 p.m. at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Elton's name to the Prescott Life Church, 2200 N SR89, Prescott, AZ 86301, or a charity of your choice.
