West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, April 20, 2012 Geraldine T. Lowmaster, 89, of Buckeye died April 15, 2012. Mrs. Lowmaster was born Nov. 25, 1922, in Wichita, Kan., to Claude and Josephine Nedeau. She moved to Arizona in 1995, and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl.
