Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from April 20 to April 29, 2012 - Steve K. Allen Sr., age 60, an 8-year resident of Fort Mohave, Ariz. and 30-year prior resident of Needles, Calif., died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, in Bullhead City, Ariz. He was born April 24, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio. Steve was a retired engineer with BNSF Railroad. He was a member of the Kiwanis, the Eagles, the Moose Lodge, and a 23-year member of the Elks, having served as a P.E.R. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Allen, and mother, Margery Allen. Steve is survived by his wife, Carol Allen; son, Steve (Jessica) Allen, Jr.; daughter, Kerri Allen; mom, Camila of Barstow, Calif.; three brothers, Jay, David, and Chris; and three grandchildren, Hayden Allen, Seth Lillard, and Liberty "Libby" Lillard, all of Fort Mohave. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at the Elks Lodge #1608, 1000 Lillyhill Drive, Needles, Calif. Arrangements are under the care of Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, Bullhead City. .
