After college, she started in the legal profession as a legal secretary and an officer of the Superior Court. She eventually moved to Arizona where she began doing private investigations along with real estate sales and became a real estate broker.
She was well known as the broker of Roundup Realty and Hoofprint Investigations. Sylvia was also affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Magicians, National Association of Realtors, and General Federation Woman’s Club of Morristown. She was also a former member of Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce and the Elks Lodge. Sylvia was an avid horsewoman and a cowgirl at heart. One of her favorite pastimes was going on several cattle drives and roundups in California and Arizona on her beloved quarter horse Mr. E.
Sylvia did a lot for her communities and friends. She will be remembered as a loyal friend and for her inquisitive nature, sense of humor, and caring and generous spirit. She made an impact on all the lives she touched and will be forever missed but never forgotten.
