She was born August 22, 1940 in Sidney, Arkansas, the daughter of Elmer Gray and Ruby Nartin Gray. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Herbert was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves her husband Roy L. Herbert; a son Roy L. Herbert of Clarkdale; and a sister Bobby Gene Aracebia (Harvey) of Fort Thomas.
