The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona November 2011 Iona Mae, "Onie" Bailey (nee Runion) A long-time Valley resident, she died on November 9, 2011 at 84-years old. Iona was born in Tiffin, OH and grew-up in Washington, PA where she met her husband, Belville S. "Bud" Bailey Jr. who preceded her in death in 1998. She is survived by her two children, Patti Bailey and Larry Bailey. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 11/15, 2:00 PM at the Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, 4455 E. Lincoln Rd, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253. Contributions: Hospice of the Valley or St. Joseph's Hospital - Barrow Neurological Center, Phoenix, AZ.
