The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, April 30, 2012 Richard "Dick" P. Bridges passed on April 30, 2012, in Prescott, Ariz. He leaves behind his loving wife of 37 years and children, Mikelyn and Scott. Dick was a native Phoenician; his mother and father having settled in Phoenix in 1920. Dick was a veteran of World War II. After his discharge, he spent 30 years with Mountain States Telephone & Telegraph before retiring. After retiring, Dick moved to Colorado and fulfilled a dream of building his own home, a geodesic dome, but Arizona called him back and he relocated to Prescott in 1991. Dick enjoyed traveling, golf, hunting, fishing and just tinkering. He will be missed sorely by his family and friends. No services are planned at his request.
