David W. Church passed away April 16, 2012, he was 58. David was born in Kanab, UT and raised in Flagstaff. He attended Coconino High School and graduated in 1971 and then served in the U.S.A.F. as a jet engine spec. He settled in Helena, MT and was a master welder and fabricated fire engines for Superior.

David was buried in Mt. State Veterans Cemetery @ Ft. Harrison, MT on April 19,2012. He is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline and Rachael, a brother, John Church of Flagstaff and a sister, Linda Collum of Chino Valley, AZ.
