Mrs. Anthony was born Sept. 25, 1915, in Covington, Ohio, to Mabel and Jesse Gibboney. She worked in the linen manufacturing business. She moved to Arizona in 1990. She is survived by three sisters, Mary Solano of Avondale, Rose Gibboney of Avondale and Wilma Abshire of Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Leroy. No services are planned.
