Richard Lee Benson was born on December 8, 1949 in Lordsburg, NM and passed on April 27, 2012 in Cottonwood, AZ. Richard was a talented carpenter for 10 years in the Camp Verde AZ area before entering the United States Military were he served for 27 years. 

Richard is survived by his wife Margie Benson; two sons, Richard Jr. and Robert; his two sisters, Joy Hollenbeck and Mary Carpenter; ten grandchildren. 

Memorial Services will be at noon on Saturday, May 5th at the Clear Creek Chapel. Bueler Camp Verde Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
