Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - Leonard Evariste Berube passed away May 4, 2012 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 90. He was born Oct. 15, 1921, to Evariste and Philomene (Binette) Berube in Manchester, N.H. Leonard enjoyed the stock market and spending time in Laughlin. Leonard was a wonderful family man. Leonard is survived by his daughters, Jeanne Theresa (Berube) Walsten, of Lake Forest, Calif., and Diane Rena (Berube) Bailie, of Penn Valley, Calif.; son, Ronald Berube, of Lake Havasu City; brother, Roger Berube, of San Diego, Calif.; sisters, Aldea (Berube) Biran, of Manchester, N.H., Doris (Berube) Proulx, of Manchester, N.H., and Laurette (Berube) Morissette, of Lake Havasu City; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Friday at 9 a.m. at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens with military honors rendered by V.F.W. Post No. 9401.
