West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, May 11, 2012 James Patton Miller, 74, of Tolleson died May 7, 2012, in Avondale. Mr. Miller was born Sept. 12, 1937, in Pueblo, Colo., to Charles and Elta. He served in the Army. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Val Lani Banks Miller; two sons, James II of Waddell and John of Avondale; four daughters, Lani Auwen of Goodyear, Ella Guy of Henrietta Okla., Jennifer Peterson of Spanish Fort, Ala. And Tia Barnum of Tolleson; 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services have been held. Arrangements were made by Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home of Tolleson.
