"Ray" Patterson, 72, a 33-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nev. Ray was born October 30, 1939, in Blue Island, Ill., to Durward and Estelle Patterson. He graduated from Verdugo Hills High School in California. After graduation he enlisted in the US Army. He enjoyed sports, playing cards and traveling with his wife of 34 years. Ray is survived by his wife, Patricia Patterson; five daughters, Lori Paris, Jane Patterson, Sheila Gillespie, Julie Patterson and Elizabeth Patterson; mother, Estelle Patterson; sister, Judy Woerle; five grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and great-grandchildren. At Ray's request, no services will be held.
