West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, May 15, 2012 Marjorie Elise Reynolds, 87, of Gilbert and formerly Litchfield Park, died May 9, 2012, at Sunrise of Gilbert. Mrs. Reynolds was born Feb. 8, 1925, in Augusta, Colo., to Ray and Blanche Arnold. She was the second of seven children. She married James Stephen Reynolds in 1943. She worked at Litchfield Park Realty and Realty Place for more than 40 years, retiring at 82. She was a member and past president of the Soroptimists of Estrella, helping the group create the New Life Shelter for Women. She is survived by four daughters, Jimmie Ann Harper of Gilbert, Michele Elise Howell of Phoenix, Patricia Kay of Yuma and Kerrie Lynne Edwards of Arcola, Ill.; three sisters, Dorothy Holiday of Anacortes, Wash., Leah Fash of Houston and Carol Matthews of Panaca, Nev.; two brothers, Norman Arnold of Payson and David Arnold of Blanco, N.M.; 16 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Stephen. Services will be at 10 a.m. May 19 at the Church at Litchfield Park, 300 N. Old Litchfield Road in Litchfield Park.
