Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, May 16, 2012 - Jimmy Clarence Gregory, 78, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother passed away May 7, 2012. Jim was born on Jan. 14, 1934, in Jonesboro, Ark., to the late Velna (Clines) and Clarence Gregory. Jim married his high school sweetheart, Mary Susan Gregory (Pearce), Oct. 16, 1952, and they enjoyed 59 happy years together. He was an avid boating enthusiast, a member of the Havasu Masonic Lodge No. 64, and loving family man. Jim touched our lives and souls, and his presence in our lives is a gift we will always be thankful for. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Mary Susan Gregory; his children, Jimmy (Dawnita Thompson) and Debbie Perry (Glenn); brother, Joe; grandchildren, Gregory Perry (Tawny Russel), Alicia MacIntyre, Lauren Douglas (Ian), Jovana (Martin McKinney), Marisa McCollum (David); and great-grandchildren, Cade Douglas and Aidan McCollum.
