Donald Lee Simmons 58 of Oregon, formerly of Phoenix, passed away on December 4, 2011. He is a veteran of the US Air Force. 

Graveside service 1:30 pm Monday, December 12, 2011 at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ. 

Contributions can be made in his honor to Orangewood Presbyterian Church, 7321 N. 10th St., Phoenix, AZ 85020.
