The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona April 2012 Sylvia Smith, 91, of Phoenix, passed away April 3, 2012. She is survived by daughters Jill (Gordon) Herschel and Cheryl Smith, son Lawerence (Cathy) Smith and grandchildren Jeffrey & Danny Herschel, Shayna & Adam Morgan, and Pamela, Gary & Kerriann Smith. Services will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, on Friday April 6th at 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley , 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements by Sinai Mortuary.
